KorManagement Services LLC has been in business since 1998. Service area is United States. Canada or anywhere internationally. We travel to your location or we can do internet training, demo of equipment and meetings. Jan is a trainer, speaker, and consultant for workplace drug and alcohol testing programs & service agents. She partners with established clients with high level of quality with service as there top priority. Her goal is to help all companies meet their goals of a safe work environment by having drug free employees, training service agents proper rules & regulations and procedures to do their job effectively, and to inform organizations about the drug and alcohol testing industry.
The Workplace Drug & Alcohol consultation and training consists of: employee education, reasonable suspicion supervisory training, DER (Designated Employer Representative) training, and policy and procedure guidance to the companies, facilitation of: lab services, MRO, collection sites, random program, SAP, and consultation. Assist companies in Drug Free Workplace program to strengthen company's commitment to employee’s well-being. NOW TRAINING EASIER THAN EVER.. done via internet.. face to face. Or, we do live training at your location.
Collector training is according to USDOT CFR 49 Part 40 guidelines. Collectors of drug & alcohol testing. They are certified to highest industry standards for urine & oral fliud drug and other alternative drug testing (hair, sweat, and point of collection of oral fluids and urine for drugs of abuse). Jan is a Master Trainer for Lifeloc Technologies Evidential Breath Testers for collectors as Breath Alcohol Technician's (BAT) and Certified Lifeloc Operator Calibration Technician's as well as Provisional instructors in their companies.

About Jan

Jan Kornmann, BSM, QPCT-U-OF, M-BATT, C-LOCT, STTT, DERT, specializes in training on one-to-one basis or groups at the company site. This saves companies from spending extra money and time sending the employees to seminars. She presents to Fortune 500 companies, small companies, clinical staff, and municipals.

Jan earned a Medical Laboratory Technician degree from the Medical Institute of Minnesota. She worked as a technician, supervisor, and then managed various family practice, multi-specialty, and occupational medicine clinics. She attained a Bachelor of Science degree from Cardinal Stritch University in Management and Sales/ Sales Management graduated with Magna Cum Laude while working full time as a manager of an occupational medicine clinic.

She has over thirty years' experience in: clinical laboratory testing, sales of laboratory services, marketing companies- DOT and non-DOT drug & alcohol testing and coordinates procedures and policies for their programs and educates on rules and regulations both Federal and State level.

As the owner of KorManagement Services she continues to work with companies on Workplace Drug and Alcohol Programs and Workplace Safety and Health Programs regarding their drug and alcohol program. Being a drug and alcohol professional since the inception of drug and alcohol testing in the late 1980’s; she continues to keep abreast of current rules and regulations. She teaches the basics of drug testing, what the different functions and roles of service agents – Collectors, DER’s, Laboratory, Medical Review Officer (MRO), MRO Assistant, Substance Abuse Professional (SAP), and Consortium/ Third Party Administrators (C/ TPA). KorManagement Services she continues to work with companies on Workplace Drug and Alcohol Programs and Workplace Safety and Health Programs regarding their drug and alcohol program. Jan currently is Secretary and Board Member for National Drug and Alcohol Screening Association (& one of the founders of NDASA). She is the Chair for the Training Committee. As a founding member of this association Jan is very proud of this member owned / member driven association.

CPCT-U-OF NDASA Approved Registered Professional Collector Trainer (Regional Certified Professional Collector Training since 2002) and also currently Master Qualified Professional Collector Trainer.
