KorManagement  Services LLC has been in business since 1998.  Service area is United States. Canada or anywhere internationally. We travel to your location, or we can do internet training, demo of equipment and meetings. Jan is a trainer, speaker, and consultant for workplace drug and alcohol testing programs & service agents. She partners with established clients with high level of quality with service as their top priority. Her goal is to help all companies meet their goals of a safe work environment by having drug free employees, training service agents' proper rules & regulations and procedures to do their job effectively, and to inform organizations about the drug and alcohol testing industry. 
The Workplace Drug & Alcohol consultation and training consist of employee education, reasonable suspicion supervisory training, DER (Designated Employer Representative) training, and policy and procedure guidance to the companies, facilitation of lab services, MRO, collection sites, random program, SAP, and consultation. Assist companies in Drug Free Workplace program to strengthen company's commitment to employee’s well-being. NOW TRAINING EASIER THAN EVER. done via online training with completion using the internet or complete training via internet- always done face to face.  Or we do live training at your location.
Collector training is according to USDOT CFR 49 Part 40 guidelines. Collectors of drug & alcohol testing. They are certified to highest industry standards for urine & oral fliud drug and other alternative  drug testing (hair, sweat, and point of collection of oral  fluids and urine for drugs of abuse). Jan is a Master Trainer for  Lifeloc Technologies Evidential Breath Testers for collectors as Breath  Alcohol Technician's (BAT) and Certified Lifeloc Operator Calibration  Technician's as well as Provisional instructors in their companies.

 Jan Kornmann, BSM, CPCT‑U‑OF, M‑BATT, C‑LOCT, STTT, DERT, Author specializes in delivering customized, on‑site training and internet training for individuals and groups. Jan has trained professionals across Fortune 500 companies, small businesses, municipal agencies, and clinical organizations.

Jan earned her Medical Laboratory Technician degree from the Medical Institute of Minnesota. She advanced through roles as a technician, supervisor, and clinic manager in family practice, multi‑specialty, and occupational medicine settings. While managing an occupational medicine clinic full‑time, she completed her Bachelor of Science in Management and Sales/Sales Management at Cardinal Stritch University, graduating Magna Cum Laude.

With over thirty years of experience, Jan’s background spans:

As the owner of KorManagement Services, Jan continues to support companies in developing and maintaining Workplace Drug and Alcohol Programs and Workplace Safety and Health Programs. A drug and alcohol testing professional since the inception of workplace testing in the late 1980s, she remains committed to staying current with evolving rules and regulations.
